As you can see from the picture above you will notice 2 things lol. I took this picture as soon as we got out the cab.

2. The beautiful entrance to the mall

Introduction

Rainy day and don’t know where to go? Snow day and don’t know where to go? Looking for a place with everything in one? Such as entertainment, shopping, restaurants and sight seeing? If you have answered yes to any of the questions above, then COEX Mall is the place for you. Coex Mall is the biggest mall in Asia and after your visit you will understand why. After a long day of shopping you can take a break by enjoying a delicious lunch, or dinner and of course after the food break, you can enjoy the various entertainment options. They also have a range of food cuisines from Turkish, Mexican, Chinese, Western-style, Japanese, Korean and the list goes on. Upon entering the mall if you go to your right, there will be an information desk and you can get a map before you start your exploration. I strongly recommend that you get a map or look for the signs to direct you, because I promise you will get lost. We did have a map lol, but we lost it after our lunch at Kervan (Turkish restaurant in the food court).

BONUS: THEY HAVE A CRISPY CREME DOUGHNUTS!!!!! YES I SAID IT…….A CRISPY CREME DOUGHNUTS!!!!! There are lots of cafes to also choose from and great place for a date or to catch up with friends.

What We did on our visit

I had an amazing visit to the mall a few weeks back. It was a chilly Saturday morning when we decided to venture off to do something different and a light bulb went off and I suggested this mall. We walked around of course and I felt like a kid in a candy store, LITERALLY. I wanted to go inside each store and go crazy, but lol I only window shopped. You will find men’s clothing, women’s clothing and of course children’s clothing. We then at around noon or 1ish decided to go to the food court and let me tell you I was so beyond excited. I LOVE FOOD. We were torn between Mexican, Turkish and Italian food. We decided to walked around which ended up being a bad idea, because we became even more confused with the many more restaurants we came across. We finally agreed on Kervan, the Turkish restaurant and let me tell you, IT WAS A AN AMAZING CHOICE. Below was our lunch/dinner because we weren’t hungry until the late evening at around 11ish.

This was the mix meat platter(lamb, chicken, kebab and lots of veggies). There was a ranch tasting sauce that we kept refilling because it was AMAZING. Dip all your meat and even the bread in there and I promise you it will blow your mind.
After shopping and lunch is of course entertainment. We were going to go see a movie, but I suggested that we go to the Coex Aquarium to venture into a magnificent water journey. It was a breathtaking way to end our visit to the mall. It was better than the Busan Aquarium in my opinion, but I still enjoyed both. They say pictures speak a thousand words, so below will be a few pictures to take you on a journey, that I will take with me for the rest of my life. Enjoy!!!!!!!!!!

Get lost in the amazon section of the Aquarium. Just amazing to witness
